OLIGOPELVIS (GETUG-P07)

Can elective pelvic RT plus short-course ADT provide durable control in pelvic nodal oligorecurrence?

Prospective single-arm phase II; n=67; fewer than 6 pelvic nodal relapses; pelvic RT+6 months ADT.

Arms / design

These are different reported landmarks/measures, not comparative treatment arms.

Visualization reflects reported outcomes; it does not itself generate an NNT or establish an overall-survival benefit.

Key result

Five-year ADT-free survival was 64%. This is not a randomized ENRT-vs-INRT trial; values shown are different time landmarks.

Current-practice context · reviewed 14 October 2026

OLIGOPELVIS is phase II evidence for salvage elective pelvic nodal radiotherapy with short-course ADT in selected nodal oligorecurrent prostate cancer. It supports a plausible regional-treatment strategy but is not a randomized proof of overall-survival benefit; interpret alongside PEACE V–STORM, RADIOSA and other MDT trials, with treatment tailored to prior RT, nodal distribution and patient goals.
