In transplant-ineligible relapsed/refractory DLBCL, does tafasitamab plus lenalidomide produce durable responses?
Registry: NCT02399085 · Evidence reviewed 9 November 2026 · Aliases and follow-up publications consolidated.
Phase II open-label single-arm; n=80.Primary-source evidence summaryStudy design, population and eligibility
Phase II open-label single-arm; n=80.
R/R DLBCL after 1–3 regimens, ineligible for autologous transplant; selected population.
Treatment and comparator
Intervention: Tafasitamab + lenalidomide up to 12 cycles, then tafasitamab maintenance.
Comparator: No randomized comparator.
Endpoints
ORR primary.
Key efficacy and clinical outcomes
5-y report: ORR 57.5%, CR 40%; median PFS 11.6 mo, OS 33.5 mo; median DOR not reached.

Values are reproduced from the cited report; bars are scaled within this figure. Transplant-ineligible R/R DLBCL after 1–3 prior regimens
Median survival and hazard ratios are not fixed-time event risks; NNT is not inferred from them.
Toxicity and treatment burden
Cytopenias, infections, fatigue and infusion reactions; neutropenia and thrombocytopenia require monitoring.
Absolute effect and NNT/NNH
Single-arm selected population; cannot compare directly with CAR-T or randomized second-line strategies.
NNT/NNH is not calculated unless a directly reported, comparable fixed-time risk difference supports it. Median survival and hazard ratios alone do not provide an NNT.
Critical interpretation and limitations
Single-arm selected population; cannot compare directly with CAR-T or randomized second-line strategies.
