Current-practice context · reviewed 14 October 2026

GROUQ-PCS 9 provides randomized phase II evidence that adding SBRT to ADT plus enzalutamide improves radiographic PFS in selected oligometastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. The trial is not yet a universal standard for all mCRPC and has not established an overall-survival benefit; consider lesion count, imaging, systemic-treatment response and patient goals, preferably through multidisciplinary review or a clinical trial.
