01 · What the trial reported

HR, RR, OR or another relative measure, exactly as reported.

02 · What changes for patients

Absolute difference at a defined time point or clinically meaningful unit.

03 · Put it in 100 patients

What does this mean if we treat 100 people? NNT/NNH when appropriate.

Statistical guardrail: an HR is not itself an absolute risk reduction. Survival differences and NNT must be tied to a time horizon and baseline risk; where appropriate, the database can later support RMST and other absolute measures.
